Homeowner packs

How about creating a 21st century home?

One of the times that people make most changes to their house or flat is when they move in. So we’ve created information packs to help new owners make sure they don’t miss out on opportunities at this key time.

Pack front cover

The packs were first rolled out in Highgate early in 2014, with 11 estate agents taking a small stock to give to clients, and now we are producing more for Highgate and for Muswell Hill. They’ve proved so popular amongst people who aren’t moving home that we’ve started to sell them at a price that covers our costs.

Most of the pack contents are available here –  we hope you find them useful. Just scroll down and click to read the full documents.

Note: nothing in these documents constitutes professional or legal advice, which, if required, must be obtained from a suitably qualified professional.
