The exhibition opens at 11.00, but the cafe will be open from 10.45 – so there’s plenty to do and see before the talks start, as well as in the breaks.

Throughout the day Sarah Nicholl will be demonstrating some straightforward techniques and materials for beating the draughts to create a much more comfortable home
